From start to finish you will be directly working with owner-operator Josh and Peter from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. we work from you’re must have list and will come together to work with your designer and architect, don’t have an architect or set of plans we will bring in trusted architect that we have work with for years to create the plans for your dream home. Once the planning phase is done, we review to catch any problems before ground is broken that way we can fix them before they happen and when problems do arise, we use tried and proven methods to remedy them. One thing about Eby is we run our own framing and roofing crew so no subs needed for Frame, Water proofing, Siding, Tie downs, Roof, and setting your Windows & Doors there all done in house meaning shorter timelines trying to bring subs in and better pricing.

Planning for the future, though we build to local codes and to plans we can think ahead for seamless future additions so the structure is less likely to be compromised we can build wood, block, and steel homes depending on the client wants and plans of the home

Occupants Heath

many people suffer from conditions ranging from allergies to immune disorders. Here at Eby our job is to consult with you and design to improve air quality by better insulation, and properly venting roofs and homes, working with HVAC to plan for better air flow. An if you plan on aging with the home we can design easier access to entryways, wider doorways, curb less showers, kitchen and bathroom layouts that are easily accessible for people with disabilities or as you age with the home you can still continue to live more independently

Energy Efficient

Being energy efficient is how much water and electricity do u use while resource efficiency is how good are the materials are they of good quality, durable, and strong. Planning to both type of efficiency’s we can not only save you cost in the long run, but we should be able to save our environment resources by using less. Some of the many simple things we can do to stay efficient is by choosing the right materials or even colors, lighter roofs stay cooler as well as tile floors in a home or project, how we insulate can make a big difference as well as venting by bringing in fresh air what we do is bring our knowledge of roofs systems and work with highly skilled engineers, designers, HVAC installers, and electricians to design more efficient homes
